- Responsible for account growth, client engagement, issue resolution, and escalation management.
- Oversee timesheet management, resource tracking, and operational compliance to ensure accurate reporting and billing processes.
- Prepare and present account performance reports, business updates, and management reviews. Excellent communication, relationship management, reporting, and account management skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, Microservices, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, OOP, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Experience with frontend technologies like Angular, React, or Blazor along with web application development and database design using SQL Server.
- Hands-on knowledge of Azure cloud services, Docker/containerized applications, CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, and Git-based source control.
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments with unit testing, automation frameworks, authentication/authorization, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET MAUI, WPF, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and Mobile/Web/Desktop application development.
- Experience in software architecture, design patterns, scalability, security, application lifecycle management, and enterprise solutions.

- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), billing models, reserved instances, savings plans, rightsizing, tagging strategies, containerization, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/OpenTofu).
- Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, automation scripting, APIs, Power BI, Excel, and building cost monitoring, alerting, anomaly detection, and optimization solutions.
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven FinOps solutions, AI agents, LLM workflows, agent frameworks (LangChain/AutoGen), cloud integrations, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
- Android & iOS mobile application testing with experience in Functional, System, Regression, Exploratory, and UAT testing.
- Automation testing, API testing, Web/Mobile testing tools, test script development, and CI/CD pipeline exposure.
- Strong knowledge of STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, test case design, defect tracking, debugging, and quality reporting.
- Experience in medical software testing, requirement analysis, troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, and product quality ownership.
